Now that you’re a Live Show Seller member, let’s see what you need to create your first LIVE Shopping event.

For that, you will need:

A camera => Be it a smartphone, a webcam, or a professional camera. Any camera will suffice as long as it can support the RTMP protocol either through an application such as Larix Broadcaster and OBS, or by natively supporting the protocol.

An internet connection => The crucial part of any setup. Make sure that you have a strong internet signal and a fast speed for you internet. Recommends a minimum upload speed of 10

About Social media platforms

Currently, LIVE Show Seller is only available for use through our web application and on Google Play. However, we are currently working on further updates that will enable LIVE Show Seller to work simultaneously on Instagram, YouTube, and many more other platforms in the future. So stay tuned to our page or follow us on social media to keep in the loop with our application developments!

Please makes sure that you allow all permissions upon logging in so that the functions provided by LIVE Show Seller can work properly. If you still have issues after enabling all permissions, feel free to e-mail us at app@algotech.app about the matter.

Please ensure that the details provided in the ‘Delivery Date & Pickup Date’ section are dates and/or times listed later than the stipulated date and/or time listed for customer order intake.

Please make sure that you have activated the order code for the affected product before your livestream starts. If the problem persists, ensure that the affected product code does not contain: (a) numbers, punctuation marks, and the alphabet letter ‘X’ in the lower and upper casing, and (b) extremely similar combinations with another product code. Make sure all your order codes for all products are unique on their own.

 Inventory Management

LIVE Show Seller will automatically send your customers an order confirmation e-mail once their order has been paid for. This will serve as their existing invoice and proof of transaction with your business. If they have trouble locating the e-mail, suggest them to check their spam folders or check for their names under the ‘Order List’  to locate their orders after the livestream has ended.

Please ensure that you pasted the correct link/URL of the Facebook post under ‘Edit Campaign’. This is because the link/URL for livestream schedule post and livestream video post are different. LIVE Show Seller will only work if you give the correct link/URL to your livestream show. If the issue persists, feel free to e-mail us at app@algotech.app about the matter.

You can download your order list by clicking ‘Excel‘ after your livestream has ended. Note that the order list will update every one hour after your livestream on Facebook has commenced.
